Your mission: transform raw footage into high-energy, compelling challenge and competition videos that keep viewers glued to their screens.

As part of your role, you will be tasked with editing one 15-20 minute video every 2-4 weeks. A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver a first draft within a week, followed by quick revisions based on feedback within 48 hours, are crucial. This is not just a project; it's a long-term opportunity to grow with us.

We are looking for an editor with a flair for pacing, humor, and storytelling. Experience with YouTube, especially in editing challenge-based content, is a must. Your understanding of YouTube metrics like audience retention and average view duration will set you apart. Skills in VFX, graphic design, and visual storytelling are highly valued.

Our typical projects include handling around 1.5 hours of raw footage, captured from multiple angles and audio sources. You'll be responsible for selecting the best audio tracks and creating a seamless mix.
